Moving in, moving out, or PCSing?

A lot of rugs on this route are on the move. Tell us the dates in the form and we will work to them — collection before the packers arrive, or straight out of a shipment that has been sitting in storage. Condition is photographed at collection either way, which is useful if a claim ends up being involved.

How the wash works

Rug soaked by a storm, a ceiling leak or a burst line?

Wet rugs are run ahead of routine work where the schedule allows. Do not wait for the adjuster to call back — the first forty-eight hours decide whether the rug is recoverable, and a fan pointed at it does not count as drying.
